Job Description

The Associate Professor in Epidemiology and Disease Control is responsible for teaching, research, and community engagement in the field of epidemiology, public health, and disease prevention and control. Job Specification/Requirement

The candidate should possess: A PhD in Epidemiology, Disease Control, Public Health, or a closely related field. A proven record of teaching and research at the tertiary level. Evidence of scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals. Experience in supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students. Demonstrated ability to attract research grants and participate in collaborative research projects. Evidence of academic leadership, mentorship, and administrative experience. Professional affiliation with relevant national or international public health bodies will be an added advantage.
