Job Description
To assist in the coordination and administration of international programmes, partnerships, student and staff exchanges, and other internationalization initiatives of the University.
Job Specification/Requirement
• Master's Degree in Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Business Administration, Higher Education Administration, or a related field. • Membership of a relevant professional body is an advantage. • At least two (2) years of relevant administrative experience in a university or an analogous institution.
Skills Required/Qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong report writing and administrative skills. • Good organizational and project coordination abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to work effectively with diverse international stakeholders. • Cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and attention to detail. • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
