Job Description
Provides academic leadership in Geomorphology through teaching, research, postgraduate supervision, curriculum development, grant acquisition, and scholarly publication. Leads research on landforms, surface processes, environmental change, and landscape evolution, while mentoring junior faculty and contributing to university governance and community engagement.
Job Specification/Requirement
• PhD in Geomorphology, Physical Geography, Earth Sciences, Environmental Science, or a related field. • Extensive university teaching, research, and postgraduate supervision experience. • Strong record of publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals. • Demonstrated ability to attract research funding and lead multidisciplinary research projects. • Evidence of academic leadership and contribution to institutional administration. • Must satisfy the university's requirements for appointment as Professor.
