Job Description

The Senior Estate Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining the University's landed property, buildings, residential facilities, and physical assets. The role involves coordinating estate development projects, supervising maintenance activities, managing tenancy matters, and ensuring the efficient utilization and preservation of University properties.


Job Specification/Requirement

• Master's degree in Estate Management, Land Economy, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field. • Professional membership with a recognized body such as the Ghana Institution of Surveyors or equivalent. • A minimum of six (6) years of relevant post-qualification experience, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role. • Knowledge of property management, estate administration, and facilities management. • Familiarity with land administration laws and regulations. • Proficiency in property and facilities management systems.
