Job Description

The Lecturer in Sustainable/Renewable Energy and Resources is responsible for teaching, research, and community service in the areas of renewable energy, sustainable resource management, and environmental sustainability. The position involves delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses, conducting research, supervising student projects, assisting in curriculum development, and contributing to the academic and administrative activities of the Department and the University.

Job Specification/Requirement

• Have a PhD with thesis in relevant areas of specialization from a reputable University, in addition to membership of professional bodies. • Have at least two (2) years post-qualification teaching and research experience in an analogous institution of higher learning and have at least two (2) refereed publications in their areas of specialization. • Ability to contribute to curriculum development and academic programme delivery. • Capacity to supervise undergraduate student projects and support postgraduate research activities. • Strong commitment to academic excellence and professional development.
