Job Description

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Energy and Resource Economics, conduct research, supervise student projects, and contribute to curriculum development and community engagement activities. The Lecturer supports the department's academic mission through effective teaching, scholarly research, and service related to energy, natural resource management, and sustainable development.

Job Specification/Requirement

• Have a PhD with thesis in relevant areas of specialization from a reputable University; in addition to membership of professional bodies. • Have at least two (2) years post-qualification teaching and research experience in an analogous institution of higher learning and have at least two (2) refereed publications in their areas of specialization. • Evidence of research potential and scholarly publications in reputable journals. • Ability to teach courses in energy economics, resource economics, environmental economics, and related areas. • Experience in student supervision and academic advising is an advantage. • Commitment to academic excellence, research, and community service.
