Job Description
Provides academic leadership in hydrology through teaching, research, postgraduate supervision, grant acquisition, publication of scholarly work, curriculum development, mentorship of junior faculty, and service to the university and society. Leads research and consultancy projects related to water resources, watershed management, groundwater, and climate change impacts on water systems.
Job Specification/Requirement
Job Specification • PhD in Hydrology, Water Resources, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related field. • Extensive university teaching, research, and postgraduate supervision experience. • Strong publication record in reputable peer-reviewed journals. • Demonstrated ability to attract research funding and lead research projects. • Evidence of academic leadership and contribution to institutional governance. • Must satisfy the university's requirements for appointment as Professor.
