Job Description

The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing cost planning, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and financial control of construction and infrastructure projects. The role ensures value for money, compliance with procurement regulations, and effective management of project costs from inception to completion.

Job Specification/Requirement

• Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building Technology, or a related field. • Professional membership with a recognized body such as the Ghana Institution of Surveyors or equivalent. • A minimum of six (6) years of relevant post-qualification experience, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory role. • Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement procedures, and project cost management. • Proficiency in quantity surveying and project management software.
